Carmen Conde-Sullivan

Carmen joined GoodWork Staffing in October 2023. She is a passionate professional with a strong background in healthcare, sales, and business operations. She began her career in Urgent Care in New York, where she developed a well -rounded understanding of healthcare by cross-training in multiple specialties. After earning a degree in Aesthetics, she moved to North Carolina in 2014 and settled in Charlotte in 2022 with her husband Chris.  

Currently, Carmen works as a Business Operations Specialist at GoodWork Staffing while pursuing a degree in Accounting & Finance at CPCC. She’s known for her attention to detail, love of helping others, and commitment to growth – both personally and professionally. In her free time, she enjoys fitness activities, long walks, and spending quality time with her loving husband.
