Katie Bermudez is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and PHR-certified HR leader with over 25 years of experience. She has spent the last 8 years with GoodWork Staffing, specializing in recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development.
Previously, Katie spent 17 years with an international contract services company, holding operations and HR roles across Northern Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Florida and South Carolina. She led regional teams and managed large-scale on-site accounts.
Katie holds a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management with a minor in Sociology from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Pfeiffer University.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking, and thrifting.
